The Kings Point Community is comprised of 110 Condominium Associations and 3 Homeowners’ Associations. Vesta Property Services (VPS) supports these communities by providing comprehensive financial management and accounting, budget preparation, administrative services, record keeping, property inspections, and coordination of repairs. In addition, Vesta assists with amendments to association documents, enforcement of rules and regulations, day-to-day operational support, and the implementation of Board directives.
